Whether you are just beginning your social media journey or wanting to hone your existing skills, we have developed two training modules for you to choose from to meet your needs . To help you decide which is best for you, here is a brief description of each course:

Social Media Basics

Designed for those who are not used to, or want to start using social media for their business on a regular basis, and wish to gain an immediate understanding of the following:
- The different social platforms
- The positive impact social media has on business performance
- Why social media matters
- Which platform works best for their sector
- How to set up a Facebook business page
- How to set up a Facebook Business manager account
- Creating an ad account
- Creating a Facebook campaign
- Creating an ad set to target your Facebook ads effectively
- Design, create and publish your first advert!
- Using your Facebook business page as a hub for your social media channels

At the end of the course you will be able to:

- Use Facebook to grow your business
- Understand the difference between the social media platforms
- Be able to link your social media accounts through a central hub
- Start to create ads and experiment to develop and engage with your audience

Course dates are: March 24, 25, 26 and April 7, 8, 9, all delegates, two weeks after the course will also have the option to discuss the social media progress made within their business and ask any further questions of the trainer. 

 

Technical Training

For those who appreciate the positive impact social media has on their business, are already a regular users of Facebook, Linkedin and the other relevant social media channels for their business, but want to make their posts and content
more engaging and attractive to Google.

At the end of the course you will be able to:

- Use your mobile phone to take inspiring and compelling pictures and video
- Enable and disable grids
- Know the rule of thirds
- Utilise various mobile apps
- Create great looking content for social platforms
- Understand scheduling posts
- Schedule a post
- Importance of publishing regular content

Course dates are: March 24, 25, 26 and April 7, 8, 9 Whichever course you choose, all delegates, two weeks after the course will also have the option to discuss the social media progress made within their business and ask any further questions of the trainer.
